Geen Internet

My home internet connection suddenly lost. I restarted the modem and converter, it still doesn’t work. And the PON is blinking on my Huawei Converter, the internet is red on the ZYXEL modem.

    It has been 3 working days, and I still have not received any response from you. Please let me know when you will address my issue. I urgently hope you can resolve the problem as soon as possible, as the lack of internet is significantly affecting our work and daily life.

    Could you provide an unlimited data plan as compensation?
