I saw a some other posts with the same question, but I couldn’t find a single answer saying “use this link” or “call this number”, all of them said something like “I’m glad my colleague already helped you”, as you can see on this link:

So please, how can I schedule a technician appointment so he can make the internet installation? I tried the instructions on the manual but it didn’t work. Also, if I have to make a call to schedule the appointment, could you please tell me which options should I press?

Hi @pedromtcosta It looks like there might be something wrong with your incoming line and the grid operator will contact you to maker an appointment with their mechanic!
