Hi there, I have DSL Internet for some days and encountered the problem that all my devices frequently get disconnected. I attached a Screenshot of the logs. Can somebody help?

 

Hi @HansHanson, I checked it immediately! The measurements show soms errors. I recommend that you give the modem a factory reset. You can find the instructions here: Factory Reset modem (Fabrieksreset) | Odido community. Will you let us know if this fixed it? Greetings, Ishana


Thanks, I did reset the modem several times. The connection is still unstable. It happens that I need to turn off WiFi in my phone settings several times per hour to reconnect. Same however not that frequent with laptops. 


Anyone who could help? It is really annoying.
