Hi i ordered t mobile home internet, and was going to receive a package to install the internet, but i wasnt home by the time, an the package was sent back. What do I do to get the package again?

 

I tried the phone helpdesk, but after 30 minutes still no one attended me. And i am not sure i made the correct selections as i don't speak dutch.

 

Can you please tell me how i should proceed to get the package? I currently dont have home internet because of that.

If the 1st delivery failed then it will normally go to a Postnl collect point. Whats the status on the website or in app?

They should have left a card, maybe its delivered to your neighbours.
