My contract (Internet + TV) will expire in January and I am curious to know if Odido offers attractive packages to retain customers. I am already receiving tempting offers in my mailbox from other providers (e.g. 50% off for 9 months, Disney plus or HBO for a year) but haven’t gotten anything from Odido other than encouraging me to get mobile as well.
I don’t want to call (especially to stay on the line forever) - did anyone have any experience with good offers for renewals or did they switch to competitors for better welcome deals? :)

For a renewal offer you will have to call the customer support, all mobile offers can be seen on the website and if you take mobile aswell than you'll get klantvoordeel which will give you more discount and extra data.
