I need to cancel my subscription (starting 24/12), and therefore reverse the termination process with the previous provider, as the contract is not started yet there should be no cost, is that correct?

Can an operator solve that right away? I’m not currently in the Netherlands and I have no other way to get in touch with costumer service.

Very unfortunate to hear that you will be leaving us already! I had hoped that we could provide you with great internet. Of course I do not want to stand in the way of your wishes, but it seems that a colleague of mine has already terminated the order. If there's anything else, please feel free to let us know.
