I am moving out of the Netherlands on December 2nd and would like to cancel my internet subscription. I called but unfortunately nobody was answering and i couldn’t find any way to do that online. Could you help me cancel my subscription? Thanks a lot.

Hi. I don’t quite understand why you need evidence for my relocation. My last day in the house is December 2, 2024. Please go ahead and cancel my subscription. 


Hi @anikolao, my apologies I see that you are not within contract anymore so a proof of relocation is not necessary. You always have 1 month cancellation notice, so the earliest I can cancel the subscription is 13 December. You will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation today. The hardware that you are using doesn't need to be returned to us anymore, but you can always hand it in at a recycling point. I want to wish you a lot of luck with your move abroad!
