I am having issues with the internet speed for 1 month since I moved to Veenendaal. 

Received an e-mail on 13-07-2022 related to a malfunction in the area. There is no more information since then and the customer service has no idea what the issue is or how long more it will take to until they solve the issue. The only advise was to restart the modem. what a joke! Is there anyone can explain what is the technical issue in Veenendaal?

Do you have a Fiber of DSL connection and if you have a Fiber connection which mediaconverter do you have?

There are 6 switches on that mediaconverter, look on the side where you plug in the power.

Make sure either 3 & 4 or 1 & 6 are switched on and all others off, the switches could be behind a sticker.

After a restart of the mediaconverter your problem should be solved.
