On March I started a new subscription with Odido having changed address.  Since then the invoices stopped showing on the portal.

Every month I have to call them to ask them to send via email and to fix this but it hasn’t happened yet.

They also tell me that they should be on the portal but they don’t appear for me.

Can you help me please because it is very annoying.

Hi @nspiteri I would love to help you with this to make sure you are able to see all the invoices yourself! When you log into your Mijn Odido account, are you still able to see your current home internet contract? Or does it show you the subscription you had on your old address? Can you also send me a screenshot of the invoice page as you see it? Please do make sure to remove any personal information from the screenshot. That way I can hopefully figure out exactly what is going on.

It has been fixed. Someone from Odido called me. The portal was still pointing at my old account and they fixed it.
