Hello,

 

I was charged wrong for the modem that I already returned to Odido.

It was said to me more than once that I would receive the refund in the end of April.

 

I'm still waiting to receive it.

Why is it taking so long?

A bank transaction usually is quick.

I made the payment even when I shouldn't but you don't help me to have back my refund.

I would like to know the problem, please and when is this going to be resolved.

I'd like to give you some more clarity on this. This amount will be paid in the next "payment cycle", which will be around the 23rd. If you haven't received anything by then, would you please contact me again? I will then check what is going on.

So what you are saying is that I might receive the refund this month (may)?

Because previously I was told it was going to be in April.

 

I really hope I receive the refund back.

I'm very disappointed with this company.

I never failed a payment from the internet and you treat your clients badly.

I know it's not you (the worker replying to me) but this company is disrespectful with its clients. 

I hope to get my refund and also that ODIDO sends me an email with this information when my refund is going to happen, please.

I returned the device within 14 days. 
On 31.10.2024 I recieved this email:

The Odido Klik&Klaar Internet subscription with customer number 1.22401115 has been cancelled with a cancellation date of 31-10-2024.

Then this one:

Click&Ready Internet subscription with customer number 1.22401115  has been cancelled with a cancellation date of 21-11-2024.You received an email from us yesterday, but it contained the wrong cancellation date. Apologies for the inconvenience

I would like to know when I will recieved the money back?

Hi ​@Parmaa, you received an invoice from us on the 25th of November stating the following The amount will be deducted from your next invoice. If this is your last bill, the amount will be refunded.

This will also happen during the bill cycle, so if all goes well, it will happen at the end of this month.
