Hello,

I have a home internet contract and a mobile phone connection contract both with Odido. Recently I spoke to a friend who also is an Odido customer for both the services.

What I got to know is that he gets a much faster home internet and a more attractive mobile phone connection for the same price I pay. 


He has been the customer of Odio for the same number of years as I have been.

I feel disappointed that I have been treated unfair after being a customer of Odio for nearly 5 years.

Which subscriptions do you and your friend have and how much do you and your friend pay for the subscription?

The difference can be caused by klantvoordeel, an older subscription with a different price plan or a different grid operator for your home subscription.
