Hi Odido team,

 

Today I called customer service to cancel my home fiber internet contract, which expired on 26/09/2024.

After an hour of waiting and then talking to agent who wasnt sure how exactky to cancel it, I was told my home fiber internet will be canceled tomorrow (02/11/2024)  and after the call I will immediately receive confirmation e-mail with the details about returning the equipment. 

By now I haven't received anything and Internet contract is still visible without any changes in myOdido. 

Can someone check if the contract is really canceled? I can't spend another hour waiting and talking  again.

Hi @davorinb, I am truly sorry! I have checked it right away, there was no cancelation performed. I think something went wrong, because I can't find any logging at all. Let me help!

I can cancel your subscription, but not right away. You have one months notice in your contract with us. I want to cancel the subscription, but can do so per 01-12-2024. Can I arrange this for you?

Please, wait until my other issue is resolved.

Instead of home internet, my brand new Klik en Klaar subscriprion was canceled. As it couldn't be reactivated, new one was ordered again yesterday via customer service. 

Please leave ticket open until I get new Klik en Klaar delivered and this mess is resolved,  unless another unexpected issue pops up.
