Shocking experience. They might want to rename to oh-dear,oh-dear.
I moved abroad - tried to cancel my internet - spent 30 mins on the phone , 5days one after the other - never got an employee on the phone. Stopped the incasso payment - now they send me a mail they didn't get payment! Well at least that part of the organisation is working. Phoned again yesterday got somebody on the phone after 15min. Explained the situation - he was going to be put me through to contracts...waited 20 mins on that, nobody picked up the phone. You can't cancel on the internet which would be the most straightforwrd soln. Worst service I've experienced from any company ever.
I now have a reply from odido trying to resolve this. However they ask me to make an entry in community.odido.de - my internet says this doesn't exist!
