I just bought a 1 year subscription for an esim. When I scan the QR code on my iPhone 11 I get the error: “Unable to Activate eSIM”

I think the fastest way of getting this solved is to visit a T-Mobile shop so they can see it's you (the subscription holder) and help you to activate the eSIM.
Hi I have the same issue and I’m unable to go to a Tmobile shop since I’m in Australia and got the esim subscription for my Dutch number. Can anyone help online? Thanks!

I would like to check if I can help you with your request. Can you send me private a message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your account number? Also your old eSim or simcard number and your new eSim number. I will see if the card can be activated.
