Good morning

I have recently switched my mobile subscription from Odido to KPN starting from 18th October. Now, I have changed my mind and I dont want longer proceed with the move.
If I send the cancellation to KPN, the deactivation of Odido service will stop too? 

How exactly works in this case?

Hi @Crippler ,

If you did not cancell your mobile subscription at Odido yourself, it is fine. With number porting, the subscription automatically stops when the number is handed over to the new provider.  When that does not happen, your old subscription remains active.
