Hello Team,

I need support to cancel my internet subscription. I visited the branch of Odido in Maastricht at the end of August who advised to called. I called the line about 5 times but unforutnately never got through an agent.

I also sent multiple email requesting to cancel my internet from September. I have left Netherland and now live in Belgium. I have been away on travels and now back in Belgium and checked and still am subscribed to your internet.

Please note, I also have a phone subscription but wish to keep this as I still work in the Netherlands Mon-Fri but if this also needs to be cancelled that is fine.

I have the contract of my new apartment in Belgium confirming I moved out from September.

Please find attached multiple emails I sent dated 29th of July and again 14th of August to request my internet to be cancelled by September. Please let me know when this is cancelled. 

If you could also let me know if I can keep my phone contract with you (as mentioned I work in the Netherlands so would prefer to keep my dutch number). If not, let me know how best to pay the outstanding amount either online or in one of your stores.

Hi @Marc Licas, I have terminated the contract and refunded the charges from 01-09 to today. A part will be settled and the other part will be transferred back to your account. This is likely to be at the end of next month.  

I think you can keep your mobile subscription as long as you have a Dutch address. I will ask @Marciano van Odido to confirm this.
