Hello Team,
I need support to cancel my internet subscription. I visited the branch of Odido in Maastricht at the end of August who advised to called. I called the line about 5 times but unforutnately never got through an agent.
I also sent multiple email requesting to cancel my internet from September. I have left Netherland and now live in Belgium. I have been away on travels and now back in Belgium and checked and still am subscribed to your internet.
Please note, I also have a phone subscription but wish to keep this as I still work in the Netherlands Mon-Fri but if this also needs to be cancelled that is fine.
I have the contract of my new apartment in Belgium confirming I moved out from September.
