Hello. 

I received a new iPhone.
I'm doing setup of SIM, but it says "Your SIM is not supported".

I tried activating it on the sim activieren page in Odido's My account, but both SMS authentication and iDIN keep loading and I can't proceed to the next page. The same phenomenon occurs on both PC browsers and mobile phones.

Newer cell phones won't even read QR codes.
Is there any way to transition smoothly?

Do you have the opportunity to visit a Odido store? This way my colleagues can help you with the activation of the sim card. You can find the nearest Odido store on this page. Please bring a valid ID with you so they can help you.
