I got an email from Odido that I can renew my sim only contract from now on. I chose a plan, and the agreed monthly cost was 11.50 euros (14 euros minus the customer discount 2,5 euros = 11,50 ) but when I go to Mijn Odido and check the “New” contract section, it shows the monthly cost for my new contract would be 14 euros (and not 11,50). 
Is there an error from Odido side? Why does it show the wrong number as this is not what I agreed to?

Your renewal has not yet started? Íf you have 2 or more Odido subscription registered at your address than the €2,50 discount will be applied automatically once your renewal starts.
