Hello, for the past two weeks I have been trying to place an order for the Galaxy S23 Ultra and faced multiple issues, fisrt the contract came with the wrong name and bank number, so it was cancelled. Then, it came with the wrong birthdate so it was cancelled. Now, while I was hoping to be able to successfully place an order, the customer service is saying that the order does not go through the credit check. I called BKR, and they said that everything is well on their terms. Now, if I may ask, I would like to learn why exactly I am facing this issue? I pay high rent, I have a car, I already have an Odido subscription, without any delays in the payment? I would appreciate your quick and helpful assistance to resolve this issue.

I see that the personal information, like the name, birthdate and IBAN didn't align, indeed. I've looked into your account and I see that there has been a new order since yesterday and that your phone was already ready for pick up in the shop this morning.
