Dear ODIDO, 

I moved away from the Netherlands a couple months ago. I had actually gone to a store and asked for my number to be changed to prepaid. I called twice to confirm, and I was told that the change was due to happen. However, I just got notice of my new invoice. Is there any way for someone to help me remotely change my number back to prepaid?

Hi Abi, of course I understand that you don't want to pay for a subscription you will no longer use. I therefore immediately went to check for you and can confirm that the conversion to prepaid will indeed take place. This will take place on the 30th of September, due to a month's notice period we apply. It is therefore correct that you will receive a final invoice from us for the period up to the 30th of September. If you have any additional questions for now, just let me know!
