When you cancel your mobile subscription you still hava a one month cancellation period so you will be charged for one extra month.
Did you receive an email that your subscription has been canceled or can you see that on your My T-Mobile account?

I would like to look into this to check if your contract has been cancelled. When did you file a cancellation request? Did you receive a confirmation e-mail? Can you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I will see if I can be of any assistance.
