Hello. I have left the Netherlands and will not be using my Odido phone number anymore. I can not find an option to cancel it online. Could someone help me find a way to do it?
Hi Nikita, sorry to see you go, but I hope you will have a great time wherever you will be living from now on! I hope you still have your Odido sim card, because you will need it to cancel your subscription (either if you do this online or if I do this for you). The easiest way is to cancel your subscription via this page in Mijn Odido: odido.nl/my/abonnement-opzeggen. Please let me know if you were able to cancel your subscription!
Just to be sure; I also sent you a verification code to your 06-number. If you give me the code here, I can also cancel your subscription. Please note that you always have 1 month notice period, so if you cancel today, you will be able to use your subscription until 12-09-2024.
