Hi, I have mobile phone contract from 2022 Aug till 2024 Aug. Since now I’m not in the Netherlands, how may I cancel? I’ve been tried community post and links and it showed 504 with blank webpage.

When I search on your email address, I come across the number ending in ***8930. Is that the number in question? In addition, I see that it is still in contract until 12-8-2024. I can cancel the subscription for you. I just need to perform an additional verification. Are you still using the subscription? Then I have just sent a verification code by SMS to your number. Can you share it with me? Then I can cancel the subscription for you as of 22/11/24 due to one month notice. After that, it will be discontinued.

I'm can help you with this. Can you provide the phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the bank account number known to us in your profile? Then I can do the extra check via SMS with you and stop the subscription for you after one month's notice!
