How can I cancel my phone number from abroad

Hello @yen0982 , welcome to our Community! Too bad you want to cancel your subscription. But very understandable that you don't need your subscription anymore because you are abroad. Let's look at a solution together!

When I search on your email address, I come across the number ending in ***8930. Is that the number in question? In addition, I see that it is still in contract until 12-8-2024. I can cancel the subscription for you. I just need to perform an additional verification. Are you still using the subscription? Then I have just sent a verification code by SMS to your number. Can you share it with me? Then I can cancel the subscription for you as of 22/11/24 due to one month notice. After that, it will be discontinued.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Yen, thank you for the information. But please don't post them in your topic. These were all public. Please fill them into your profile. That way it's private. I also need your full 06-number. If you go to your profile and click 'Bewerk profiel’ you can fill them in. Please let me know once you've done this, and we will get to work for you! 😄

Done with the update.

Hi Yen, thanks for updating your profile! I've requested the disconnect for you. Your subscription will run until the 21st of December, because of the 1 month notice period. I also sent you a confirmation mail. Please let me know if you received it, and if you have any other questions - please feel free to ask them. We're here for you. Otherwise, I wish you a great abroad! 😄
