How can I activate my new sim card while abroad?

I am about to renew my subscription with Odido mobile. I realized that I will be overseas (outside the EU) at the start date of the new subscription.  I would like to ask if there is something I can arrange for now while I am still in the Netherlands so I can smoothly activate my new sim card abroad when the time comes.

If you order a new subscription by a renewal, you will keep your current sim card and you won't have to activate it again. Are you getting a new phone with your new subscription? Then please make sure you have enough time to pick it up or have enough time for PostNL to deliver your phone before you go. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm here for you! 😄
