Hi all,

Hope you can help me since I am in desperate need…

I am currently abroad in Italy, my phone with my ESIM was stolen. I have already purchased a new phone but I cannot recover my old ESIM. Of course going to ODIDO store is not an option because I am not in the Netherlands. 

 

It very frustrating since I cannot login to any social medias or anything without my number. Is there a way.I can get QR code for the same number I had so I can put on my phone? I have all proofs of vericaition, purchase of old ESIM etc on hand.

 

Hope you can indeed help me, I am desperate!

 

Hi Kovalchukkn, welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your phone got stolen, and I hope that - regardless of your phone - you still have a good time in Italy. Important question: do you still have access to your Mijn Odido account? If yes, I can order a new eSIM for you, and you will need to download it from Mijn Odido. And then, I can help you activate the new eSIM as well.

If you don't have access to Mijn Odido, it's no use to order a new eSIM for you, because you always need to download it from there. The best alternative for this is to use a temporary local sim card from Italy and order a new eSIM as soon as you're back in the Netherlands or walk by one of our shops.
