My mobile number is +316XXX. For the month of December, I have been wrongly charged on my invoice. Instead of receiving a reduction in the customer benefit of €2.50, I have been charged that amount. This is completely unacceptable.

Hi Mercury, I've looked into your account, and I'd love to receive some more information. I see that your Klantvoordeel stopped on the 28th of November. Did you have a second subscription on your home address on the 28th of November or do you have one now? I can't find any on your address. If you don't have a second subscription on your address you don't receive Klantvoordeel. That's why Klantvoordeel was calculated pro rata at the end of November and the discount was reverted to costs of € 2,25. If you do have a second subscription, please fill in the following information for that subscription in your acccount, and I'm happy to look into it; customer code or 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN😄
