Change Subscription to PrePaid

Hello,

 

Can anyone from Odido help me to transfer my subscription to prepaid one? 

I am moving abroad but still need to keep my NL phone number.

Hello @Nugroho Arie Widhyanto, welcome to our Community! I'm happy to help you with this. When I search your email address, I come across the number ending in ***4398. Is that the number in question? I see that the subscription ran until 29-7-2024. I can convert your subscription to PrePaid with a one-month notice period. The earliest possible date is 05/09/24. I just need to perform an additional verification with you to make sure you are the right person. I just sent a verification code by SMS to your number. Can you share it with me? Then I will arrange it for you right away!

      You need to call customer care. They have a number to dial from abroad.
