Hi, I moved out of the Netherlands and wanted to cancel my subscription, but realised that I could not do so before my contract period ends (September this year). Is there possibly another way to go about this? I still might return to the Netherlands so perhaps I can switch to a prepaid subscription meanwhile so I can keep my number? I will appreciate any help and guidance in this matter, thank you.

Do you have a sim only? There are 2 options :

To cancel your subscription and switch to prepaid you'll have to pay €13,50 × the remaining months.

Adjust your bundle to 1GB and 120 minutes so you will pay €11,00 with klantvoordeel each month till you come back
