Can I please have some assistance cancelling my contract? I have moved out of The Netherlands and the hyperlink given by the “Izzi” chatbot does not work.

I can also help you with your request. Can you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your account number? Do keep in mind there is a month notice when you cancel your contract with us. You can send me a private message by clicking on my name and choose the option ‘’stuur bericht’’.
