I need to cancel my subscription (starting 24/12), and therefore reverse the termination process with the previous provider, as the contract is not started yet there should be no cost, is that correct?

Can an operator solve that right away? I’m not currently in the Netherlands and I have no other way to get in touch with costumer service.

Hi @Sous.mh, this is about the phone number with 54 in the end, correct? If yes, if you want to cancel your subscription tomorrow, the cancellation fee will be € 25.45! 😄

Hi @Sous.mh, I've looked into it for you, and I see now that you have an old Tele2 subscription. It's not possible for me to change your subscription to PrePaid. Do you want your PrePaid with us? In that case, you can simply order PrePaid on Odido.nl and request number porting. You can choose for the option 3 working days with 'afkoop’ (cancellatio fee). Please let me know if everything worked for you! 😊
