Hi T-mobile,

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, I have been away from the NL since April 2020. I thought I would come back but the situation hasn’t allowed. So I have to terminate my subscription. I tired the self service on T-mobile website, but didn’t find where to recite or cancel substription. And the online chat did not provide English. Can you please have a look for me? 

 

Additionally, my girlfriend’s bill is also charged to my bank account. It also needs to be canceled. Her number is XXXX. Please contact me if further info is needed. Moderator edit: please don’t add personal information to a public post.

I would ike to help you with your request. Would you like to keep your number and transfer it to PrePaid? If you send me your 06-number, name, birth=date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your account number I will help you with your cancellation request.
