Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, I have been away from the NL since April 2020. I thought I would come back but the situation hasn’t allowed. So I have to terminate my subscription. I tired the self service on T-mobile website, but didn’t find where to recite or cancel substription. And the online chat did not provide English. Can you please have a look for me?
