I am trying to cancel my subscription. I am living abroad now, so I do not need this service anymore.

How nice that you are now living abroad, I wish you a great time! Very understandable that you don't need your subscription anymore, let's look at a solution together. When I search on your email address, I come across the number ending in ***7681. Is that the number in question? In addition, I see that you are still under contract until 18-8-2025. If you want to cancel, you need to buy off the subscription. You then pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the device credit you still have open (if you have it). 

Now I see that you have a Sim Only subscription. If I cancel the subscription for you today, it will be stopped on 29/11/24 at the earliest due to one month's notice. I calculated the redemption fee for you right away and it will be € 71,15. 

If you can agree, all I have to do after that is an additional verification. I will then send a code by SMS to the number. If you can share the correct code with me, I can process the cancellation for you.
