Did you aggree a payment plan with with Odido, or with the collectiob agency which was hired by Odido? 6 months is unusual long.
If via a collection agency, could it be that the sim does not connect to the network anymore? Than the subscription has ended.

- Pay the late payment. The fastest way is via Mijn Odido. On this page you can pay by iDeal: Facturen | Odido. Can you pay € 76,57? (This is the total of missed last month + this month)
- You can also pay € 34,80 manually (last month only). But please note; this way it will take a few days for the payment to be processed.
You can do the manual payment as follows:
- Odido
- NL03 COBA 0733 9597 17
- Amount: € 34,80
- Description: Your customer code
The easiest way is via iDeal in Mijn Odido, so I can remove the blockage right away. If you choose manual payment, I will need a proof/screenshot of your payment before I can remove the blockage!

I paid late cause I expected Odido to debit me automatically but they didn’t so I paid the €34.80 manually on sunday

Good morning Taopheeq, good to see you already did the payment on Sunday! Thanks for your screenshot, and I also see it in the system now. There was only a barring on international roaming. I just removed this for you. I also see that you're abroad. So, roaming should work again now. Please also check this page in Mijn Odido to see which bundles you will need in that country. Please let me know if it works for you again!

will the bundle also include calls and sms cause I’ve been unable to receive my verification code from PayPal
Good morning Taopheeq, you're welcome! The bundle is only for internet. Are you connected to a network in Nigeria? And can you receive calls and other SMS messages? If you send an SMS 'Prijs Nigeria’ you should receive all the information about calling, SMS and internet. Or did you receive the Welcome SMS? It should also be in there.
If it's only verification SMS that you can't receive, please check the following:
- Does PayPal have the right phone number registrated?
- Do you have your number set up with them as 06*** or +316***? If companies send SMS from abroad, it must be +316
- Please try to temporary change your phone number at PayPal to see if you receive the SMS on another number (if you have someone close to you, who's number you can use)
