Hello dear Odido community! 
 

I bought a new subscription and  e-Sim. I added e-Sim to my phone without any problems. I deleted e-Sim because I needed to install it on another phone. And I can't add it to the new phone. Can you help me.

Hello @ilhami, welcome to our Community, I'm happy to help! You can always scan an eSIM only once. Since you had already paired it, it cannot be used again. I can order a new eSIM for you, but for this you need access to your My Odido account and I see in your subscription that no account is linked. The best thing to do is drop by one of our stores: https://www.odido.nl/winkels, where my colleagues can help you pair and activate a new eSIM right away. That's also the fastest option, so you can get back online quickly!
