Hello everyone, since few days my mobile internet works very slow and often I have 30-50% packet loss while playing online. So actually it’s impossible to do anything online. Speed tests shows me that I have 0.8 of downloading speed and 0.09 of uploading. Something is definitely wrong. What can I do to fix it? 🤔

4g for homes works via a mobile netwerk connection. If the connection was good in the past and suddenly not anymore, an error could have happened on one of the 5000 sites which T-Mobile has to deliver the mobile signal in the Netherlands. Most of the errors are reported automatically to them and depending on the site, repairs can take a few hours to a few days. If such error occurs, it can be seen on their coverage map. If no error is currently present, you can also report a problem with a button on that website.
