iPhone 13 phone lock

Are iPhone 13 locked? I want to use it for SIM card of my native country, Tmobile SIM will work on another phone.

Is there limitation?

Iphones bought at T-Mobile NL are, just like all phones bought with a subscription, NOT locked. 

The limitation is that you need to qualify to be able to buy such phone. (income/ Dutch adres & bankaccount / ID)
