No internet connection at home since yesterday evening (Ypenburg)

Hi, 

Since last evening my Huawei converter for fibre optics is showing status red. (LOS) I tried many power cycles but it did not help. Do you have some problems going on in the network?

Location Ypenburg, Den Haag.

Thanks for confirming the outage @Martijn_M! We've updated the storingstopic with Ypenburg and hope to fix it asap.

Hi @shamiklahiri, thank you for notifying us and sorry for the inconvenience! It looks like there’s a minor disruption on our Fiber-line in Den Haag Ypenburg. We’ll try and fix this as soon as possible. I’ll get back to you when I have an expected resolve-time indication.

Do you happen to use a T-Mobile, Ben or Tele2 SIM card (prepaid or subscription)? If so, I can offer you a free voucher for Unlimited Internet as a temporary solution. Then you can stay online unlimited during the next seven days via mobile hotspot on PC and laptop. You also do not have to supplement this bundle, so you are not limited to just a few GB per day. Please let me know if I can sort this out for you and I'll send you a voucher code as soon as possible!

hi @Jason, I can confirm the outage in Ypenburg. It started yesterday evening with itermittant drops of connection, to full outage of the fiber line by this morning. If you are handing out vouchers for Unlimited Internet, I could realy use one right now! :)
