Simcard activation

I switched to odido, I dont find the AI chat support helpful for non dutch speakers and the call takes forever. 

Is there an english chat support for odido? I cant call because my sim card is now pass activation.

Good morning ​@prnr, I'm absolutely sorry to hear this and I'll do everything I can to help you with this. Eric meant that no appointment is needed, but you do need a valid ID. We cannot activate your SIM card through this channel because we handle this very carefully. You can simply walk into any Odido Shop, and they will help you immediately.

Hello ​@prnr 

Your simcard is not yet activated? On the community they can't help you with this unfortunately. The fastest way is to visit and Odido store so they can activate the simcard for you.

Its already pass its usable date. Jan 07. I need to request a new one... But the ai chat cant understand the question... Can I request it here?

You can go to any Odido shop with your ID and than you can get a replacement sim.
