I couldn’t link my existing subscription in my Odido after choosing my birth date it is giving error.

 

Hi Ozgur, welcome to Odido and to our Community! There is a known issue where new orders don't get fully processed. This is the reason why you can't add your subscription to Mijn Odido yet. Our IT department is working on this issue as we speak. For now, we can only wait for them to solve this. I see that my colleague also created a case for you. I'll leave this here, so I can easily find it and see if there's an update: 70770731. Please try again next week. I hope IT will have solved this issue by then! 😄


Still same, shouldn’t be so difficult to fix it.


Hi Ozgur, as I said - IT is still working on it and I'm happy to look for an update next week. I don't see any updates yet. If it would be easy to fix, it would've been fixed already. I hope you understand!

I'm sorry for the inconvience, and once I receive an update, I will let you know. Your situation is already extra on our radar, because there is already a case (70770731) for you. However, IT is working with a processing time of 13 days at the moment. I hope they will solve this for you very soon!
