Can't link my subscription to my account

Hi there, I moved from prepaid to a monthly plan and got another SIM card. But now I got error every time I want to add the subscription to my Odido account - tried it different ways: reintalled app, tried to add it via notification about subscription, adding separately via phone number, via webbroweser. 

Always these errors:

 

 

Seems like it’s not the unique issue -

Hi Kate, thanks for completing your profile. Your old Mijn Odido account with the Prepaid linked to it was in the way. Your new post-paid subscription is a new subscription and therefor the old account had to me deleted. I did this for you. Please give our system 1 hour to process this and then you should be able to create a new Mijn Odido account via Mijn Odido registreren and you'll have your new subscription added to it in no time. Please let me know if it worked for you! 😊

I would like to check that everything is set up correctly for your subscription. Could you please add your full name, phone number, postal code + house number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the bank account number we have on file to your profile and let me know when you have done so? Then I can take a look with you right away!

This is a **known Odido system issue**, not something you’re doing wrong. It usually happens after switching from prepaid to a monthly plan with a new SIM.
Please contact **Odido customer support** so they can manually link the subscription to your account.
In most cases, it’s fixed on their side within a short time.
