Good afternoon , I don't know who can help here but my internet is not working for more than two months now and I called 100 times odido and kpn because they are the fiber provider and also the company they hired to fix the fiber problems and they keep postponing the appointment because they say the problem is complicated and they can't fix it . so my question here what kind of problem that takes more than two month to just connect new fiber wire !! I gave up on this honestly and that's the worst experience with internet company I ever had ! I need someone to really help me with that and not just put me on hold and transfer me to someone else like what the customer service do to me when I call them .

Hi @Deeb, I am so sorry to read this. I have checked the situation and indeed, we are still waiting on Reggefiber (KPN NetwerkNL) to fix this issue. I asked a specialized colleague of mine to check this situation right away and with urgency. If I have more information, I will share it with you.


Hi Cheyenne , I had literally more than 8 appointments and every time they came they say we can't fix it and we will make new appointment , two month of me canceling my work and wait home for them to come fix It but they don't really care and they just push it aside because its not easy work to do ! I mean if 3 companies ( Odido & Kpn & the company that work for kpn  ) can't fix wire problem in two months then they are not working the right way . and iam really fed up with calling and calling and everyone just tells me we will call you again later and at the end nothing happens. so at least odido should do this and call kpn to get it done for me since I am their customer and paying for  two months now for no internet ! this is not acceptable at all from a professional company 


Hi @Deeb, I am in contact with someone who has contact with KPN NetwerkNL. If the issue is not resolved tomorrow, he is going to do this another way, as KPN doesn't hold the promise they made. We will keep in touch, I will keep an eye on it!


Thank you for your fast response, and i hope that tomorrow it will be fixed or at least give me an appointment next week to be fixed but like a real worker that know how to fix this problem. 


Hi @Deeb, I have kept an eye on it. I can see that Reggefiber (KPN) has set the fix for 19-11. Has this also been shared with you? For Reggefiber this is the first possible date to fix this. I am truly sorry for the delay. Can I help you with a 4G router? I can send this to you to help you out in the meantime. Let me know!


Hi , yea they told me that unfortunately this is the first possible date, but i also want you to talk to them to make sure that this time it will be really fixed because every time they disappoint me and couldn’t fix it after waiting weeks for the appointment.

And yes please send me a 4g router as soon as possible because i have been using my phone hotspot and its not fast enough and also by using it for two months now and my iPhone battery health went from 83% to 77% .

Hello , this is an update .

 

as we agreed i was supposed to have appointment yesterday and they called me at 5pm to cancel it and they said that they will come today at 8 am , no one came and they cancelled it again! Iam not going to make another appointment with them because this is rude behaviour to treat me like my time doesn’t matter! So more than 3 months now to get it fixed! I will not receive appointments again and i want to cancel my subscription since no one is trying to do anything about it !

Unfortunately, there are instances when a technician is unable to make it. We apologise for this. Please schedule a new appointment so we can still come and solve it for you.
